Daniel Strebulaev

/ About

Hello and welcome. I’m a composer and pianist beginning my studies as a Merit Scholar at the Royal College of Music in London. I am a recipient of the prestigious €10,000 Young Talent Scholarship at France's Musique & Vin au Clos Vougeot Festival, where I was the only Young Talent pianist performing solo and chamber works alongside world-renowned musicians, including Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Gautier Capuçon, and Sir András Schiff, as well as rising young stars like Lauranne Oliva (soprano) and Jason Moon (violinst). I have performed at renowned venues including Royal Albert Hall and Carnegie Hall, and have appeared as a concerto soloist with orchestra in works by Mozart, Grieg, and Rachmaninoff. Recently, Daniel Stewart, Music Director and Conductor of the Santa Cruz Symphony, commissioned me to compose an Overture for their 2026 season opening, and my orchestral work was performed by the San Francisco Civic Orchestra led by Arun Saigal in the summer of 2025.
